Sr. Dzulkifli Jaafar, a Director of Contract with the BA Group of companies since May 2013 is a registered professional Quantity Surveyor and has amassed 34 years of experience in managing construction contracts locally and abroad. He is also the Executive Director of Perunding DMA Sdn. Bhd., an established Consulting Quantity Surveying Firm in Malaysia. 

Sr. Dzulkifli Jaafar graduated with Bachelor of Quantity Surveying with honours from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 1983.

After graduation, Sr. Dzulkifli Jaafar trained with the Quantity Surveying Branch of Public Works Department, and was in charge of numerous projects. He was also involved in “Design & Build”projects from its design stage to completion. 

​

Upon early retirement from government service, Sr. Dzulkifli Jaafar has gained invaluable experience through handling various projects such as schools, institutions of higher learning, residential and civil engineering works developments. 

​

Sr. Dzulkifli Jaafar established Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm in 1995, now known as Perunding DMA Sdn. Bhd. in which he was responsible for the overall management and growth of the company. Sr. Dzulkifli Jaafar is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and a member of Board of Quantity Surveying Malaysia.

Involved in privatization project between Government of Malaysia and Percon Construction Sdn. Bhd. for Redevelopment of Malaysian Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand, which comprises of Chancery Building and Residence.
