Ir. Mohammed Ghazali Kassim is a Professional Civil Engineer registered with the Board of Engineer of Malaysia (BEM). He is also a qualified person with National Water Service Commission (SPAN) and a corporate member of the Institute of Engineer Malaysia (IEM).

He graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1983 and have been a practicing professional engineer for over 25 years. Ir. Mohammed Ghazali Kassim started his career as a Design Civil Engineer with Public Work Department (PWD) of Malaysia in 1984 and was involve in the civil and structure design of project related with the Health Ministry. In 1990, he was transferred to PWD district of Seberang Perai, Penang to be in charge of Building works in the District.

In 1996, he left PWD and joined a newly form consultant firm DPI Konsult Sdn. Bhd. as a senior engineer and gradually promoted to Executive Director in 2009.

He has vast experience in the design of civil and structure works, master planning of major civil works for housing scheme, structure assessment, civil and structure audit of buildings. Apart from building works, he is also involved in the design oh marine structure namely jetties, slipways and was involved in projects that requires extensive ground treatment projects due to poor soil conditions such as marine clay and pit soil.

Ir. Mohammed Ghazali Kassim have 37 years of civil and structure design experience and have successful implemented project from design stage to completion be it locally in Malaysia and also oversea (Singapore).
